ORGANIC AND NATURAL

I decided after im done with all the food in my fridge I am only giong to buy organic food. I decided to go through a dry run and walk through jewel to see how many organic products they had. To my surprise they dont have many. So i had to say that i would add natural to the organic food bc they had very little organic but had a decent amount of stuff labled "natural".

so this whole little basket minus the italian stuffed pasta(on the left behind the box of pasta) cost me a total of 27.85.... and at first I was just totally unhappy. I knew i could not feed p and i the way i wanted to.

Later i stopped by a sunrise health food store and i found more items that were organic that jewel didnt have (sour cream, cream cheese, ) so yeah. I dont know what im going to do. I would like to be more healthy but as you can see from this cart that just had an upper layer and not even anything in the bottom of the cart....

im also going to look at what trader joes sells and see if i cant find products that are natural and organic that are cheaper so i dont have go back on the word i set up to myself.

  1. so organic is more expensive...but when it comes to fruit and veggies there are certain ones that you do not need to buy organic! check that out!
why does it all have to be organic? why not just healthier choices?
start integrating it slowly! not all at once...it will give you a chance to look around! :)
